Breaking tiles to create something beautiful, that's the magic of mosaic. During this 2 hour workshop, you'll work with colorful pebbles, old dishes and tiles to create a unique object.
You choose what you want to mosaic: a cheese board, tray, mirror or something you bring yourself, like a tea box or small table.
Under the guidance of a professional teacher, you will learn the basic techniques of mosaics. You will cut the tiles yourself, puzzle with color and shape, and glue everything in place. The process is relaxing and almost meditative, a perfect break from your busy head.
Is your design ready? Grout it at the studio. No time left? Take the grout + insctructions home with you or let us do the grouting and pick up the mosaics in the following week.
