During this creative and reflective day, experienced trainers Esther van Schagen and Raymond Oostveen will guide you on an inspiring journey to more balance, awareness and happiness.

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?
In this workshop you will explore your own strength and vulnerability. Through short reflective exercises and mindfulness moments you will be invited to reflect on what moves you. What do you want to strengthen? What could be softer?
Based on these insights you choose the gemstones that suit you. You will learn about their functioning and energy, and combine them into a unique bracelet that is all yours.

In between we enjoy a light lunch and there is room for rest, connection and creativity. Afterwards, you take home not only a beautiful piece of jewelry, but also a renewed sense of direction and self-confidence.
